Hope Laugh Play relies on donations, corporate backing and grants to fund all of its programs. Currently we have a waiting list of organizations who would like to take advantage of one of our programs so every penny can help us meet those needs.
Hope Laugh Play is committed to keeping operating costs at or under 10%!
Here are a few ways in which you can make a difference.
Hope Luagh Play has several ways to get involved as a volunteer. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.

2. Check with Hope Laugh Play Program Director to
ensure it is still available (John@hopelaughplay.org)
3. Submit payment either via check or online

LEGO Drives as a great way to make a huge impact on our Little Bricks of Hope program! There are a number of methods to collect LEGO sets for donation:
Birthday Parties – Holiday Parties – Special Events
Throw a party and in lieu of gifts, have attendees bring a LEGO set to donate to Little Bricks of Hope.
Office After Work Gatherings:
We have had some wonderful after work events where coworkers get together for a "happy hour" and either donate money or bring a LEGO set to contribute. We can help organize a "Free-Build" event where we provide some boxes of LEGO bricks to build with during the event. Hold a contest to see who has the potential to be a Master Builder!
In honor or In Memory of someone special:
Want to honor someone special or organize a donation in memory of a loved one? Reach out to your network of friends who may share you interest in paying tribute to this special person and collect LEGO sets to donate in their name. Hope Laugh Play will send this person, or surviving family a personalized note telling them about our Little Bricks of Hope program and how your contribution will bring a smile to a young child to help them forget their own struggles if for even just a few hours. Please include all the necessary information about the person(s) you are donating on behalf of so we are able to quickly inform the appropriate party of your gift.
Suggested LEGO sets:
We typically request sets between the $15 and $20 price rage and we recommend the LEGO Series listed below as they are the most popular.
Duplos (for young children)
DC and Marvel Super Heroes
Don't hesitate to contact us to see what sets we may need most at the time. We are always happy to guide you in what to list as the LEGO sets to bring to the party.
