Our Mission
At Hope Laugh Play, Inc., we enrich the lives of those facing health and life challenges through programs centered on hope, laughter, and play. Our activities, designed to provide comfort and diversion, uplift children and families during difficult times with the support of dedicated volunteers.
We offer engaging experiences that foster a sense of normalcy and community support, ensuring our programs are accessible and tailored to the needs of each participant.
Ways to Give
Every gift, whether dollars or LEGOs, builds hope, through laughter, and play for children who need it most. With your support, we host over 50 joyful events each year, and the demand keeps growing.
Your donation allows us to reach more families and spark more smiles. In order to allow your donation to completely fund our Build Events, We have sponsors who have committed to cover the operational expenses of Hope Laugh Play.

Hope Laugh Play, Inc. (HLP) hosts onsite LEGO Build Events at area Hospitals, camps, and schools that serve children suffering from illness, disabilities, or other life challenges.
We proudly serve approximately 1,000 children in Charlotte and Atlanta each year and are growing with your support.

What We Do
Hope Laugh Play relies on donations, corporate backing and grants to fund all events and we have a waitlist of community organizations who would like to schedule an event, so every dollar can help us meet those needs.
Your Donations at Work
Building Smiles, A Brick at a Time
Your generosity allowed us to deliver LEGO sets to children spending long days in treatment. Each colorful build brought laughter and gave kids a way to escape hospital walls through imagination.
Turning Donations Into Joy
With your support, we hosted a LEGO Build Day at Levine Children’s Hospital. Dozens of patients proudly took home their creations, a reminder that play brings strength, courage, and healing.

Hope in Every Box
Thanks to your donations, we were able to deliver new LEGO sets directly to kids in pediatric care. Each box represents hours of joy, creativity, and a much-needed distraction during treatment.
